Recently renovated units with an extra bed. Best possible and top location in Lille adjacent to the square in front of the train station.

Location, right next to train stations and city center. Spacious and clean room. Elevator. Friendly staff. Tv with channels. Bed was comfortable and the sheets clean.
Room 25 was smelly! Even if it was clean, it smelled of vinegar potato chips and a touch of doritos. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything : elevator, people coming and going etc. The entrance is through a restaurant/bar, which I personally did not appreciate.

Bar downstairs (showed world cup matches). Room basic but comfortable
Staff spoke poor English. We did not eat here (other than breakfast on one morning and dessert) but food did not look/smell great

Hotel staff were excellent, and it was great value for money - Rooms were very clean and basic - I'd reccomend this hotel for those wanting to stay in a very central location on a budget, without paying the over inflated prices of other hotels nearby.
Hotel was excellent value for money - No complaints. It is after all just a room to sleep and get washed and changed in. All you need.

This hotel is a great option for budget travelers who want to avoid hostels. The location is excellent, right opposite the train station, making it easy to find. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The rooms are basic but clean, with old-fashioned single glazed windows that give a cozy charm to the place. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the large bathrooms and the availability of extra beds. Plus, the breakfast provided was filling and the prices are very good value for money.
The overall experience was great, nothing to complain about.

The Napoleon is directly opposite the Flandres and Europe train stations. It is also handy for Carrefour supermarket - as we are travelling by train and stocking up on wine a perfect location! Lovely bar and restaurant underneath where we always lunch when in Lille. Quirky rooms and even quirkier bathrooms, but really good value for money for a short stay.

The breakfast had a huge variety of decent food and drinks. New-fashioned and airy room with a double bed was enjoyable. The location of this hotel close to Super Market, and the zoo was good. The staff was amazingly nice and welcoming and we would return anytime.

The location of this hotel was perfect, with close proximity to both main train stations and the historic area of Lille just a 7-minute walk away. The convenience of the hotel being directly opposite Lille Flandres station, with several other stations also nearby, made getting around the city extremely easy. The rooms were nicely decorated, and the power shower provided a lovely experience. The prices for breakfast, consisting of coffee, juice, and a croissant for €4.50, were reasonable.
All in all, the hotel provided a satisfactory experience.

Bar area was friendly. Good quality of food. Location made exploring the city easy.
Bathroom area too basic, our friends asked to move because toilet leaking!!! Drain smells. We spoke to others who also had asked to move rooms for the same reasons; there is a real need to update bathroom areas.
